Bringing authentic Italian pie to Missoula, Montana

At Headies Pizza, modeled after Goodfella's Pizza of Staten Island, we aim to bring authentic Italian cuisine to the heart of Missoula.  We import all our food products from Italy and top-level East Coast distributors and possess the top of the line brick oven to bring a pizzeria experience unlike any other.  

Our menu is originated from the menu found at Goodfella's Pizza in Staten Island, home of Staten Island's first wood-fired brick oven.  As the creators of the Vodka Pizza and recipients of 20 international awards, we knew it was a no-brainer to learn from Goodfella's in order to master the Old World style authentic pizza we wanted to bring to Montana.

Our head chef and co-manager were students of Master Chef Andrew Scudera's International Pizza School at the original Goodfella's Brick Oven Pizza and are now Certified Master Pizza Chefs.  The school had the individuals hand making hundreds of pizzas over the course of five days, fully immersing them in the craft and business model of Scudera. 

All of our doughs are hand-stretched, rather than rolled or tossed, creating an entirely different crust. Additionally we use Lioni Mozzarella from the East Coast and Domenico Vitale tomatoes, Romano and Parmesan cheeses straight from Italy. 

Here at Headies, our main goal is to provide Missoula, Montana with beautiful, authentic pizza they can't find anywhere else.  Have we succeeded? Come on in and try it for yourself!
